ABOUT ICLM

JCS Innovation Centre-La Mesa (IC-LM) is a 4 day/week onsite with Friday Homestudy program of Julian Charter School.  Serving Kindergarten through 5th grade students, the staff of IC-LM is dedicated to implementing innovative, non-traditional, researched-based ways of educating students so they can reach their full potential. Through project-based collaborative learning, differentiated and individualized instruction, and explicit teaching of the 21st century skills, the students of IC-LM are excited to come to school and become inquisitive life-long learners. In additional to core curriculum, IC-LM has an emphasis in the Creative and Performing Arts, incorporating theatre and music into everyday activities. We are committed to upholding the mission statement and core values of Julian Charter School while inspiring creativity, confidence and competence through artistic expression.
